REDDIT ATIVAN EXPERIENCES ANXIETY

So I'm totally freaking out with this anxiety, right? Like it's consuming me. My doc put me on Ativan 1mg and I gotta just admit, it's been a lifesaver. Reddit's got some wild stories though Ativan, some good, some not so great. I've seen users saying it helps them chill, but also others claiming it makes spaced out. Personally, I just feel calmer.
